Pranayam.... The Breath Of Life

Pranayam.... The Breath Of Life:

Breathing - Are you doing it? Or is it just happening? Find out, give it a pause and look.

When thought or emotion ( senstized thoughts) do not come in the way of breathing, what is left is Pure Natural Breath which does not belong to you. It is the Universe itself breathing in this body. It is the very breath of the absolute.

In Pranayam we are taught to force breathing one way or other but the real Pranayam happens when the "Prana" is left to it's own "Aayam" meaning. Leave Prana - The very foundation of the life force to it's own Dimensionless movement.

It has it's rythm, it's own beating and throbbing, like ocean swelling up, like tide coming in and going out of it's own accord smashing against this rock body and at times sinking it into it's rythmic depths of Natural calm.

Pranayam is not something you do. Infact it is the natural rythm of universe when all the noise of mind has faded away in pure awareness of being. When the light of awareness is rested upon this movement of breath, the symphony of universe is found and heard and experienced within for the first time as a breath of your own absolute self
