Chinmaya mudra,

Chinmaya mudra, which is also referred to as "the gesture of awareness," is one of the powerful mudras that promote physical and mental health.

Chinmaya is a Sanskirt word which means "supreme awareness," "full of knowledge" or "pure wisdom"; and mudra means "gesture" or "seal."

Mudras can be practiced for up to 45 minutes. It is highly recommended to practice a mudra for at least 15 minutes a day.
